Here is the front cover. I made my Tim Holtz style flowers at 1 1/4, and I made them in cream and red. Then I inked the edges. I stuck it on some black tulle and added some charms. There is also a bracket for me to add a saying. Here is the inside, it is no where near being finished, but I was sooo excited about it, I just had to share. Enjoy!

Niece and Nephew 8x8 layout

Hey everybody, so the Skylar layout is for the same nephew that I made the Sock Monkey invites for. I wanted to do a special 8x8 scrapbook for them, that is ready for pictures. I plan on picking up the Your-story this weekend and wanted this book and Addison book to be my first projects. Now Addison is my sister in laws little girl, and they had her back in November. So I wanted to make her a cute album as well. I wouldn't be a good Auntie Courtney if I did one and not the other! Thanks for looking, hope you enjoy!

Valentine Cards

Hey everybody! So I am big into Valentines Day this year, so I decided to come up with some cards. The Hear shaped one is a "Spinner Card" I cut it out with the Create a Critter Cartridge and my gypsy. All of the cuts on it are from the Create a Critter. i am going to do a video, so you can see exactly how it works. Then the other card is the " Mummy loves you" card. I had seen an idea for this card back around Halloween. There was a mummy card and a Frankenstein card. I had been wanting to try it out, so I put my spin on it. This is a very simple card. Hope you enjoy!

Work Scrapbook

So my GM found this amazing, gold antique looking, 5x7 journal, and wanted to make something for our owners. So she handed it over to me, and said" See what you can come up with." I'm not going to lie, I was pretty nervous. It has been a while since I have made a Scrapbook, let alone for the owners of my work. So I eventually came up with something with the help of my co worker. We did every few pages of pictures and news paper articles and then everyone that worked there had there own dedication pages. So it turned into a little Yearbook. Needless to say it was a fun adventure!

Baby Shower Invites

Hey everybody, so I have a nephew on the way, and this is going to be my first "big" shower that I have gotten to have a big hand in. So I came up with the adorable sock monkey. I made a Gate fold card. The paper is SEI and DCWV. The cut is from the Cricut Lite cartridge "B is for Boy." I have so many ideas for this shower. I am planning on making a coordinating banner, pinwheels, diaper cake, candy wrappers, and water bottle labels, all with this adorable sock monkey. So stay tuned to see what is coming up! Hope you enjoy!

Wedding Invitaion

So I had posted a while back that I was making my best friend her wedding invitaitons. Well this is the finished product. They are having a brown and pink cruise wedding! The M, the scalloped oval's, and the butterfly are all cut out with the Cricut and Gypsy. The invitation is a Gate Fold card. Hope you enjoy!

Minnie Me

This cute, dirty little thing, is my minnie me. This is my 4 year old daughter Emma... She is just as creative as momma and has to be making something everytime I am making something. She has gotten really into writing names, so she made cards for both sets of grandparents. The pink one is for one Nana and the other one is for her Papaw and Uncle. She was so cute the other day when I was sick. I told her she could be creative and she got some of my die cut hearts, nail polish, a pen, and lip gloss. With these items she made her beautiful card. She thought the lip gloss was like glitter and glue together, she was sooo happy. I of course could not get mad at her creativity. :D

Some of my cards

Hey everybody, so I just wanted to post some of my cards that I have made. I hope you enjoy! This peanut card was made with the Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge. I'm not sure if it is a Tennessee thing or not, but all of the pregnant ladies call their little ones "Peanut" so I made up a few male and female Peanut cards to have on hand. This is a Gate Fold Owl card, and it again was made with the "Create a Critter" cartridge. This is of course my favorite cartridge. This little guy is just a cute little Dalmation card that I made. The puppy is from "Create a Critter". Hope you enjoy!

Christmas Cards

Here are a few of my Christmas Cards that I made. I had a lot going on this Christmas, so I stuck with some easier cards, and I used the Hello Kitty Greetings Cartridge with my Cricut. Each is card is done with the card function on that cartridge. This function leaves me with a lot of imagination room to work with. Hope you enjoy!

Halloween

Here are a few Halloween Cards that I have made. I love, love, love my cricut cutter, and it enables me to do a lot more with my imagination. The 3 cards are Easel cards that I used some Halloween paper that I bought from Big Lots. All of the cuts on the Easel Cards are from the Paper Dolls Cartridge. The other card is a standard card and the cut out is from A Childs Year. The easel card with the Witch is one of my all time FAVORITES! I took the Wicked Witch from "The Wizard of Oz" and used her as my inspiration. My favorite piece is the bling on the cauldron. Thanks for looking!
