Scraplift Sunday- Paper Issues

Hey y’all it’s Courtney here and today is my last post as a design team member. I’m forever grateful for the time I have gotten to share my work with all of you, but never fear! I’ll still be around sharing what I create!

For today’s layout I am doing Scraplift Sunday, and we are lifting the amazing Kelly.

Here’s a look at my finished layout

Here’s Kelly’s original that we are lifting.

I used the Sunny Days collection by Crate Paper with a picture of my kiddos from our recent beach trip.

I really love how this layout came together, The colors are so perfect!

My title is a combination of the 6x12 sticker sheet and the Thickers and I think the title says it all. I went with the half circle shape like Kelly, but I made mine a little wider because of the title. Each cluster is a combination of a phrase, an icon, a piece of glitter washi, and a heart.

The paper cluster behind my photos is just some scraps from some of the 12x12 sheets. I did use some fun foam to add some dimension to a few different pieces throughout the layout.

Well I hope you love mine and Kelly’s original layout, and you feel inspired to lift them! I can’t wait to see what you create!

My Happy- Simple Stories

MY HAPPY! Hey y’all! Courtney here and I am sharing my last layout as a Design Team member. I’m using the collection, Hey Crafty Girl. I found it only fitting to highlight my two Design Team announcements from last year. I knew that I wanted a colorful layout, so I picked the Crafty & Happy paper. Instead of just using it as is I decided to use a cut file from Paper Issues called Just a Few Bumps in the Road, and I cut it in black.i wanted all of the colors to really pop against it. I cut my pattern paper down to fill my cut file in rainbow order. I was super excited to see all of the embellishments that I could use to color block on my layout. I layered my photos on some dot paper and a 4x6 card to match the collection. I went through every embellishment and matched them with their color and chose wanted I wanted to keep on my layout. I also used a 4c6 photo photo flip so I could add my design team pictures. I added some enamel dots from multiple coll...
