Free File Friday - Paper Issues

Hey there, Courtney here and today I'm sharing what I created for Free File Free for all.

For this layout, I used the file Sunny Day . I have used this cut file before and it looks completely different. This time I went with one background pattern. After I backed it I popped it up on some foam tape to give it a little dimension.

Everything on this layout is Crate Paper, but I used I few different collections. I mostly used Sunny Days by Maggie Holmes and Hooray by Crate Paper.

My background paper is called Woohoo and its from the Hooray collection. I used a simple black piece of cardstock to cut out the sunburst. It's backed with the Explore paper from the Sunny Days collection.

I also used the cut apart sheet from both collections to get all of my tags. The gorgeous hot pink flowers are from the Oasis line that came out a while back. All of the adorable stickers came from the Sunny Days collection.

Thanks for stopping by and I can't wait to see what you create!

You Are Loved- Simple Stories

YOU ARE LOVED! Hey y’all! Courtney here and today I am sharing the layout I created using the So Happy Together collection. I decided to go with a free cut file from Paper Issues so I could use a ton of patterned papers. For backing my cut files I used a variety of pattern papers from the 6x8 paper pad. I love having the smaller prints to use with cut files. I cut my actual cut file on the Happy Heart paper, I am obsessed with anything polka dot and black and white. I cut about an inch ½ inch on each side so I could layer the beautiful Our Story paper behind it. After I filed my cut file, I began laying a ton of ephemera, chipboard and stickers. There is a ton of great images and tiny word phrases. I layered a 4x4 photo that I trimmed down to fit onto the gingham 4x4 card and then I layered it onto the My Family paper. Then I finished my cluster with a w...

Paper Issues-Scraplift Sunday

Hey lovelies, today I am up on the blog sharing what I created for Scraplift Sunday. For my layout I used  Wild Heart by Crate Paper . This collection was so much  fun to use.  Everything except the fussy cut flowers and puffy gold hearts came from the Wild Heart line. I just love how the green and pink went to together so well.  For this Scraplift we lifted Kelly’s awesome layout.  Can’t wait to see how you play along!
